The UFC isn?t holding anything back for the launch of Fox Sports 1 in August. Dana White already promised the best card the UFC has ever put on television for the awkwardly named ?UFC on Fox Sports 1 ? 1? on launch date, August 17th. Then there are two Wednesday night cards on August 29th and September 4th which seem to mark the beginning of a weekly UFC Fight Night that was first mentioned back in March.
So prepare yourself for three more hours of UFC fighting a week come autumn. Well, if you?re in the States and you get Fox Sports 1 (currently SPEED). No word yet on if these shows will be carried in such exotic TV markets as Canada and the UK.
