?Abstract? The thesis does main research on the Contracted Financial Institutions Development in China. Compared with other emerging capital markets, Contracted Financial Institutions have developed well in most western developed countries. Ordinarily speaking, Contracted Financial Institutions contain pension, insurance fund and mutual fund.First, the thesis makes a description on the main categories and features of the Contracted Financial Institutions, and then analyzes the main factors for the supply and demand of the rapid development of the Contracted Financial Institutions. At last, this thesis analyzes the relationship between the Contracted Financial Institutions and Bank, as well the relationship between the Contracted Financial Institutions and Capital Market.Through the comparison between the Contracted Financial Institutions and Bank, we make a conclusion that the Contracted Financial Institutions could make up the weakness of the Bank. Also, with the competition and cooperation between the two, there will be a great change and a development in the financial market.Through the comparison between the Contracted Financial Institutions and Capital Market, we conclude that the Contracted Financial Institutions could enhance the depth and liquidity of the capital market and it could also improve the financial structures of the enterprises.Finally, the thesis focused on the development of Contracted Financial Institutions in China with the combination of Chinese current financial environment which is Bank-Oriented. Well, there will be a hidden in the stability of the finance if financial system is Bank-Oriented. Suggestions given by this thesis are that in China it should develop the Contracted Financial Institutions rapidly. The Contracted Financial Institutions will also bring a positive influence on the stock market and the fund market.
