Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Internet Marketing Ninjas offers link-building, social media marketing, content creation, SEO analysis, widget creation, Web design, SEO speaking and consulting, along with local search marketing and reputation management services.

Pubcon Inc., which runs the popular series of social media and optimization conferences, will continue operating as a separate entity from Internet Marketing Ninjas? WebmasterWorld.

The acquisition will see WebmasterWorld director of forum operations Neil Marshall continuing his key role in the success of the online message forums under new owner Internet Marketing Ninjas.
